Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes information that may be handled when you visit Injection Mold Calculator, use a calculator, or contact the site. It reflects the site’s current WordPress features and settings; features may change, and a particular feature may not be available on every page.

Calculator entries and results

Calculator inputs are sent to the website’s calculation endpoint so it can return a result. Ordinary calculations are not an account-based saved history. Do not enter personal information, passwords, customer-identifying information, or confidential production data into a calculator.

Server and security records

The hosting environment and WordPress may create technical records needed to deliver pages, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the site. Depending on the hosting configuration, these records may include a request time, page or endpoint requested, response status, IP address, browser or device information, and referring page. The site does not control every hosting-level log or its retention schedule. Access to these records is limited to operational needs and applicable provider arrangements.

Optional feedback and diagnostics

If a feedback or problem-report control is made available and you submit it, the site may store the message and limited context needed to investigate it, such as the calculator and release, page path, or an error category. Do not include sensitive or proprietary information in a report. Human-submitted feedback is reviewed and removed when it is no longer reasonably needed for the reported issue; no fixed deletion date is promised.

Calculator Core supports automatic operational diagnostics for certain calculation or PDF errors. These records are separate from calculator inputs and are subject to the site’s configured retention settings. The default retention period in the installed software is 90 days, but an administrator can change that setting.

Optional PDF requests

If a calculator offers an email-based PDF request and you choose to use it, the request may include your email address, an optional name, the calculator and release identifiers, the relevant page or source path, and the recorded consent choice. The information is stored in the site’s WordPress database to process and audit that request. The installed software’s default retention period for these request records is 365 days and is configurable by the site administrator.

Behavior analytics

Behavior analytics in Calculator Core is disabled in the site’s current configuration. The software supports it only when an administrator enables it and a consent provider reports the required consent. If those settings change, the feature is designed to accept a limited set of allowlisted events and coarse input buckets, not raw calculator inputs or result values. Its default retention is 90 days and is configurable. This statement describes the current setting and software behavior, not a promise that settings will never change.

Cookies and accounts

The site has no public account requirement for ordinary calculator use. WordPress may use strictly functional cookies for authenticated administration or other enabled WordPress functions. Your browser controls whether cookies are stored; blocking them may affect those functions.

Service providers and other sites

Website hosting, email delivery, and security providers may process information needed to provide their services. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Calculator pages may refer to manufacturer, standards, or other external resources; visiting an external site is subject to that site’s policies.

U.S. state privacy rights

Some U.S. state privacy laws provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or opting out of certain processing, subject to each law’s scope and requirements. Whether a particular right applies depends on the law and the circumstances. Where applicable law gives you a right concerning information handled by this site, you may submit a request using the contact method below.

Your requests

For a privacy question or request concerning information submitted to this site, email admin@injectionmoldcalculator.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Please do not email passwords or sensitive production records. WordPress also provides export and erasure tools for certain stored records, including PDF inquiry records, when applicable.
